Dr Mark and his staff are simply awesome.  They have always been there to take care of our two dogs.  They take the time to explain medical issues in a way that anybody can understand. I have used Paramount Animal Care since moving here from the Magic Valley five years ago.  They have been exceptionally kind to both me and my cats. Dr. Mark and his entire team are truly amazing. The staff is truly passionate about what they do and they treat your fur babies with the upmost care. What I love about Dr. Mark is that he always strives  to provide practical solutions without upselling his clients on all kinds of unnecessary tests.  I had tried several veterinary practices before I found this one. I’m so happy I finally found a practice that was not owned by a large corporation and one that I could trust to provide the best care for my Doberman girl! My name is Bianka I made a different account so I could leave another review! Dr mark and his team are seriously the best people to ever have for your pet. I came in without calling (they weren’t open until 8 am) and my dog Teddy has an emergency they did not hesitate to see him we’ve been coming here for years. They comforted me during my panic attack and took him back immediately. I cannot express how much I trust this team and how much I truly appreciate them. Words can not explain the gratitude I have for this office. Thank you dr mark for seriously being the best vet. I’ve said this a 1000 times but I’ll say it again. I’ve literally moved back to Idaho just so my dog could have the best care team. I’ve seen different vets in the past. Dr mark is not only great with Teddy but he and his team support me as the owner. They answer every question I have they give me peace of mind no matter if I’m in a panic state. Staff is wonderful and caring! Dr.  Mark is highly qualified, has a great bedside manner, u can really tell he cares for all animals and their family!
